Bought online because they had the best price. Booked a 3 pm appointment. I was on time. I waited over 80 minutes to get 2 tires on my car. They were not busy at all. The TV was super loud. No beverage options. Customer service was new and took forever before and after service was completed.

Had issues with a company car. They were great and worked well with the fleet management company. They were able to get me in quick and without an appointment. Customer service was exceptional and they went out of their way to assist me on this. I will be coming here for all further repairs as well as oil changes and tire rotations.

The staff are professional and knowledgeable. The service team are prompt with repairs. Any issues are explained thoroughly and I’m given options and timelines that help keep my car running well. I have 137,000 miles on this car and great service is necessary.

Went to the Livonia Firestone to have my van's brakes looked at Thursday afternoon. They diagnosed the issue and called me right away to give me the estimate. I felt the prices were fair so I authorized the repair, so they ordered the parts and then they called me the next morning to let me know my van was done. I appreciate the quick turnaround and the professionalism of the staff, I was kept informed thru the entire process. Thank you to Will and the staff at Firestone.

I had a very frustrating experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care this weekend. I called ahead on Saturday to confirm they could replace my tire sensors and install four new tires. The representative assured me they could handle everything as long as I arrived a hour before closing—which I did. However, after getting there, I was told they couldn’t remove my wheel lock. That was confusing, as most reputable tire shops have universal wheel lock removal tools. Instead, I was asked to come back the next day. The situation gave the impression that the mechanic simply didn’t want to stay late. I returned Sunday by noon (with a 5 PM closing time, so more than enough time). What should have been about a one-hour job turned into nearly four hours—I didn’t get my car back until 3:45 PM. When I finally left, I immediately noticed my car pulling to the right—something it was not doing before. I brought it back and asked whether an alignment had been performed or even checked. I was told no to both, and the reason given was “they didn’t have time.” That’s unacceptable.
